Brian Link, Chief Technology Officer

Brian is a software technology executive, passionate technologist, and Internet start–up enthusiast. As the CTO of Shape Up The Nation, Brian leverages both of his key strengths as the technology visionary and the tactical development manager.

Brian was previously the key technology executive at Digg.com where, as the VP of Technology, he led Development, QA and R&D for 3 years as Digg grew to be one of the most highly trafficked websites in the world. He is skilled in many technologies and processes (including LAMP and Agile) but excels mostly at describing technical concepts to nontechnical people and serving as a universal translator between the technology and business people.

John McGuinness

John D. McGuinness, Chief Financial Officer

John joined Shape Up The Nation in February 2010 as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the company, John was the Chief Financial Officer of Vectrix Corporation, a public company which designed, developed, manufactured and sold highway legal electric vehicles.

Before joining Vectrix, Corp., John was the Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer at Astro–Med, Inc. which specializes in developing medical devices, high performance testing equipment and specialized printing solutions. John brings extensive knowledge in the areas of finance, accounting, internal controls and operational best practices.

Erik Sayre

Erik Sayre, SVP, National Sales Manager

Erik brings with him over 20 years of experience in business development and senior account management. As the SVP, National Sales Manager, Erik holds primary responsibility for all sales and revenue for Shape Up The Nation.

Erik is a seasoned business–to–business Account Executive, strong in developing consultative sales relationships that build revenue streams and maximize profits. Erik has worked in a variety of industries at the National level. He has extensive experience selling to senior management and in building distribution networks.

Jackie Dube

Jackie Dube, VP of Human Resources

Jackie leads the Human Resources efforts at Shape Up The Nation. She oversees talent management, on–boarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations and training.

Previously, Jackie served as HR Director for Vectrix Corporation, manufacturer and distributor of highway legal electric vehicles, and was responsible for the company's global human resources management. She has over 14 years of experience in the professional service, financial, insurance, real estate, non–profit and legal industries.

Ed Ross

Ed Ross, VP, Business Development and Health Plan Sales

Ed serves as Vice President, leading Shape Up The Nation's business development and health plan sales efforts. He has extensive experience in health care, primarily selling solutions to health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and providers.

Most recently, Ed served as Director of Business and Corporate Development for Atlantic Health Partners. At Atlantic, Ed developed several strategic partnerships with medical societies and academies to drive physician enrollment in Atlantic's premier vaccine purchasing program. Prior to Atlantic, Ed served as Director of Sales for ZixCorp's eHealth business unit.
